About Me

... notes from The EDJE
Why MAXINE - - - In 2006, during a reading of a Sunday L.A. Times, instructions for creating a publishing webportal known as a Blog (from Blogger) allowed this communications silo, MAXINE, to first exist. Maxine is the name of my mother, who in a short period of time, upon boarding a cruise ship, would have folks say upon passing her on the promenade, Hey! There is MAXINE! She had this capacity to place people at ease and create friendships. We hope that in passing this site while surfing the WEB, one might be prompted to say, to themselves, with much the same impact ... Hey! There is MAXINE!
